Saltburn Folk Festival Ticket Refund Policy

 

Tickets are issued to the person named at the time of purchase. If that person is unable to attend, there will be an admin charge of £10 to change the named person.

We will attempt to re-sell unwanted tickets if the Festival is sold out. We will charge full price and pass on the price paid less a £15 resale fee.

​

Except for the provisions set out above, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the Festival is cancelled.

Please note that the advertised line-up and schedules may be subject to change. We will endeavour to ensure that any line-up changes that may be necessary are on a like-for-like basis in terms of quality and reputation.
